Is it necessary to have an account to shop on Satva Living?

You can shop on Satva Living by providing just your email ID. While it is not necessary to have an account to shop for and purchase items, it is recommended that you create one. By creating your own Satva Living account, you can enjoy a personalized shopping experience, including recommendations, quicker checkout and a public wish list. You will also be able to rate/review products and sellers.

How do I place an order?

Browse by category or search an item of your choice- Click on the product of your choice.

Note: Check Fabric / material / colour / style / length / fit and other details if provided - Refer to size guide.

Detailed information about your items will be communicated via Email once you have placed an order.

Create an account by registering or you can also proceed by entering your email id. Note: If you register with us you will get the following benefits: - speeds up the ordering process - allows us to keep you informed about your orders and refund through email.

Carefully enter your shipping address Check the final price {Shipping charges}. Select one of the payment options (Prepaid, Net-Banking/Debit or Credit Card, Wallet).

I have placed my Order! What's next?

After you have placed the order, we will send you a CONFIRMATION email with delivery details. We will try to dispatch your order as soon as possible and will keep you informed at every step of the way.

You can also track your order through our website or app by visiting ‘My account’ section.

Please note: It sometimes takes upto 48 hours for the tracking to be updated after an order is placed.

How can I check my order status?

Please tap on “My Orders” section under “Account” menu of Website to check your order status.

What are the delivery charges?

We provide free delivery on orders within India.

What is the estimated delivery time?

This depends on the product availability and the shipping destination. In-stock items will usually take 7- 10 business days for domestic shipping and 10-15 business days for international shipping.

Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline mentioned?

It is possible that our courier partners have a holiday between your order date and the estimated delivery date based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.

How do I cancel my Order?

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded. Please email us at customersupport@satvaliving.com for raising your request. You may also tap on “My Orders” section under the main menu of  website and then select the item or order you want to cancel.

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 15 -20 days from the time of order cancellation.

How do I return a product?

You can return products purchased within 15 days of its delivery. To return your product please refer to our Returns Policy for details.

Can I replace a product?

You can replace or exchange a product within 15 days of receipt of the item. Products of similar value can be replaced or exchanged. However all exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange. Please note, international orders do not qualify for return/exchange.

Why is my returned product re-shipped?

This may have happened, if the item you have returned is used, damaged or original tags or MRP tags are missing. For more details, please call or email customer care at customersupport@satvaliving.com.

Does Satva Living pick up the product I want to return/replace from my location?

Currently, we pick up products only from selected PIN Codes. If your area pincode is serviceable, you will be able to select the pickup option when you create a Return Request on Website.

  • We will pick up the return within 7 days from the request placement date.
  • Please keep the return shipment ready.
  • Include original invoice in the package and mark the item you wish to return/replace.
