Return Policy

15 days exchange and return policy

We will accept returns of items (excluding final sale and items bought with promotional code) within 15 days of receipt of the item. Items which are not used, worn, washed or damaged and have all tags attached only are eligible for returns. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

HOW TO COMPLETE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

1. To initiate a return or exchange please email with order number within 15 days of your order delivery. Email customersupport@satvaliving.com  subject line should be RETURN - ORDER # (ex. RETURN -#1008) Let us know the reason for the return in the body of the email.

2. If your return is approved you will be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Items must be received at our warehouse within 15 days of your RA issue date.

3. Please pack the item(s) in the original package if possible. Fill in the corresponding RA number next to the item being returned. Write the RA number(s) on the outside of the package. We will pick up the return within 7 business days from the request placement date.

4. You may exchange/replace the similar value items only. For exchange requests, your exchange will be shipped upon availability. We will email the replacement items tracking number upon dispatch. An additional shipping fee will be charged to the credit card that was used for your original purchase. In case if the desired item is not available, amount paid against the same will be refunded.

5. Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within seven (7) business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card. We reserve the right to reject any return/exchange that does not comply with the conditions stated above. All sale items are final sale. Item(s) returned without a Return Authorization number (RA#) cannot be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

We accept returns subject to the following criteria

  • We will accept returns of items (excluding final sale and items bought with promotional code) within 15 days of receipt of the item.
  • Items which are not used, worn, washed or damaged
  • All tags should remain intact.
  • There should be no stains, marks, stitches or holes in the product(s) caused by the consumer.
  • We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
  • Original Invoice should be returned with the product

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as per the timelines in the below mentioned:
  • Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net banking - Refund back to Credit Card/ Bank Account - Payment Gateway Mode Payment Gateway - 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customersupport@satvaliving.com

International Returns

We do not offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at customersupport@satvaliving.com  within 48 hours of receiving the order. Our representative will guide you on this matter.

We do not accept any damage complaints after 15 days of receiving the shipment. So please make sure you report the matter to us and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the return request. Kindly do not dispatch the products before receiving a "Return Accepted" confirmation email from us.

Note: there might be return duties/taxes applicable, so kindly do not ship anything back to us. We won’t be liable to pay the duties/taxes arises on the return shipment.
